I don't think everyone remembers that Carroll takes ages to get up to match speed when returning from injury. I'm sure he'll appear, but he'll be well off the pace of the game. Set piece nutter is about the best we can hope for from him

Not sure how anyone predict anything than a defeat based on who is available.
I hear the stadium DJ will play "Send in the Clowns" when J Arthur Fuka , Zaza and Ferghouli walk onto the pitch.

Lanzini also scored a header that was a yard onside and we had a goal disallowed for some piddling diving by a defender for a free kick.
Should have been 5-2 up at that point

Carroll was deadly last season in this fixture. To be in the game at half time and throw him on early second half as an impact sub is the way to go today I reckon.

Carroll on for second half. Can't agree with those who leave Lanzini out, not only does he work his socks off but he combines well with Payet.
I hope Zaza doesn't even make the bench

I have a feeling that Bilic will start Zaza with a mandate to run amok, and lay waste to the Arsenal defence.
If he fails to to do this in the first half, he will be 'hooked', and Carroll will come on to get the job done.

Agreed, but most on here are clueless. Couldn't give a fuck if he's the only available 'left back' it's down to Bilic to re-organise and find a system that doesn't include fielding a fraud, particuarly against a side like Arse.
